1. About these terms

This website is operated by PetersWeb Solutions (“PetersWeb”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these general terms. Specific project engagements are governed by the written quotation or service agreement you accept.

2. Website content

Information on this website is provided for general marketing and informational purposes. Package descriptions summarize typical inclusions and may change. The written quotation for your project is the authoritative description of scope, deliverables, and pricing.

3. Quotes and pricing

The package prices displayed on the main website are: Basic, ₱1,999 initial payment plus a ₱499/month subscription for six months; Pro, ₱8,999 one-time; and Business, ₱14,999 one-time. Domain and hosting are included for the first year only. Project requirements, subscription start date, covered services, renewal arrangements, and other terms must be confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement before purchase. We may correct pricing or typographical errors before a project is confirmed.

4. Payments and billing

Basic includes an initial payment plus a separate ₱499/month subscription for six months. Pro and Business are listed as one-time payments of ₱8,999 and ₱14,999 respectively, with no monthly subscription added. The services covered by Basic’s subscription, billing start, payment schedule, and cancellation terms must be stated in writing before purchase. First-year domain and hosting are included; renewal costs and arrangements after that year must be confirmed before purchase and may be set by third-party providers. Third-party subscriptions and payment gateway fees may be separate. Work may pause if payments or required approvals are delayed.

5. Project scope and revisions

Each package includes the scope and revision rounds confirmed in writing. Requests outside that scope may require a separate quotation. Timelines are confirmed after requirements and content are reviewed; we do not promise a delivery date before the scope is clear.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and any content or access needed for the project. You confirm that content you provide — text, images, logos, testimonials, and other materials — is either owned by you or properly licensed for use on your website.

7. Third-party services

Some projects may use third-party services such as hosting, domains, maps, messaging platforms, booking tools, or payment providers. Booking, admin, and inventory dashboards are limited to the functions and workflow defined in the written project scope and do not imply every possible feature or integration. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or charges imposed by third parties. Any Facebook Page follower add-on shown on the website is conditional, not guaranteed, and will be included only if a legitimate, platform-compliant method and availability are confirmed before purchase. If not confirmed, followers will not be promised or counted as an inclusion; any exclusion, substitute, or price adjustment must be agreed in writing before purchase.

8. Launch, maintenance, and support

Basic includes one year of technical support, Pro includes three years, and Business includes lifetime technical support. Technical support is for questions and troubleshooting related to the originally delivered website while it remains under the client’s control and compatible operating environment, subject to fair-use and service terms in the written agreement; it does not mean unlimited free development, content changes, major redesigns, hosting, third-party subscriptions, or work caused by external service changes. The included minor-revision period is one month for Basic, two months for Pro, and five months for Business, and is separate from technical support. Its start date and precise scope must be defined in writing. Updates or work outside that scope may be quoted separately.

9. Intellectual property

This website, its design, and its content are owned by PetersWeb Solutions or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. For client projects, ownership and licensing of the delivered website are set out in the project agreement; third-party components and tools remain subject to their own licenses.

We will ask for permission before publishing a client project in our portfolio. A design concept shown on this website is not a claim of an existing client engagement.

10. No guaranteed results

A website is a business tool, not a guarantee. We do not promise specific search rankings, sales, bookings, or revenue outcomes. Any examples or descriptions are illustrative, not performance guarantees.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetersWeb Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. External links

This website may link to or embed third-party websites, including portfolio previews and maps. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your project-specific agreement will apply to work already agreed in writing.
